i am trying to lose this weight safely and proposed weight loss plan

I need suggestions. I am a college student 19 5′3 “, now weighs 140 pounds. I am determined to lose 25 pounds and tone in my legs, back, abdomen and arms. I like to achieve in June (I basically have 6 months ). Here is my plan … it is possible (I recommend a weight loss plan)?
