I exercise twice a day, in the morining and in the evening about 1-2 hours morning and evening, so that any 2 to 4 hours a day with weights and cardio training. I also eat fruits and vegetables, fish and chicken a lot. I try to avoid red meat and pork, eat a lot of high protien.
